Source catalog table

For the multi-band source catalog released in KiDS-ESO-DR2 the table below provides information on each of the 148 included survey tile. Completeness is only given in r-band, since the catalog is based on source detection in r-band only.
The photometry offsets with respect to SDSS are based on a comparison of KiDS aperture-corrected magnitudes with SDSS PSF magnitudes for stellar sources. To identify tiles with poor photometric calibration in one or more filters, the following flags are used: "u", "g", "r" or "i" for zeropoint offsets larger than 0.1 mag in the respective filter; "S" for poor stellar locus matching; "P" for offsets larger than 0.1 mag in a Principle Color (see Ivezic et al. 2004, AN, 325, 583).
