We provide MCMC chains in fits and CosmoMC formats.
The file kids450fiducial.fits contains a FITS table with 565216 samples, with columns for the weight, ln(Likelihood), χ2 and parameter values of each of the variables plotted in Figures F1 and F2.
Note that the chains contain the pre-burn phase. In order to remove the burn-in phase of the MCMC the first 30% of the lines should not be considered.
More extensive information is provided in the ascii files kids450fiducial_N.txt, with N = 1..16. They contain a total of 50 primary and derived parameters for the MCMC samples, as well as ln(Likelihood) and χ2 values. They are compatible with COSMOMC and its plotting utility, getdist.
The format of each line in these files is as follows:
Column 1: weight of the point
Column 2: -ln(Likelihood)
Columns 3-54: a list of 52 primary and derived parameters as specified in kids450fiducial.paramnames.
The parameters plotted in Appendix F of Hildebrandt et al. (2016) correspond to the following columns:
Column | Parameter |
5 | 100θMC |
3 | Ωbh2 |
4 | Ωch2 |
7 | ln(1010As) |
8 | ns |
9 | AIA |
6 | B |
12 | Ωm |
16 | σ8 |
10 | H0 |
54 | σ8√(Ωm/0.3) |
52 | χ2 |
Note that it is important to propagate the weight of each point in the calculation of posterior probability distributions!
